Mini is adding another electric vehicle to its lineup — but owners will have to provide the Mini. The Mini plant in Oxford, England will start performing electric conversions for classic Minis under the Mini Recharged program. The conversion is reversible, and the original components will be stored should the need to swap arise — however unlikely that might seem. The package makes 120 horsepower and can travel around 100 miles on a full charge. Mini didn’t release details on pricing, or whether the program would be available for US classic Mini owners.
