Swedish e-bike manufacturer Cake is introducing a line of electric bikes made for commercial applications with the :work series. Based on the Cake’s Kalk, Ösa, and Makka bicycles, the :work versions are upgraded with nearly twice the battery capacity for range figures of up to 100 miles and outlets to power devices, appliances, or tools. Each one can be outfitted with features like racks, hardpoints, and mounted luggage for up to 70 cubic feet of storage space. The :work series will make its official debut at the 2021 EICMA show.
