The Sports Utility Vehicle started as brawny, gear- and family-hauling offshoots of full-size trucks. While they’ve been watered down to the point of being jacked-up station wagons, they’ve yet to hit the water — until now. Antonini Navi is out to create the Sport Utility Yacht category with the SUY 135. The robust design stretches 144 feet, with a sizable owner’s suite, four en-suite guest cabins, a large outdoor dining area, and a huge beach club with a hot tub. On the top, a sun deck boasts a second hot tub and bar, while below, the tender garage has ample space for water toys. The design calls for a powertrain capable of a 10-knot cruising speed, 16-knot top speed, and a range of 4,000 nautical miles — enough to explore the water like you can on land in its old-school SUV inspirations.
