When is Amazon Prime Day 2021?
Amazon Prime Day 2021 is expected to take place in the United States on June 21-22, according to a report from Bloomberg. The report followed a frenzy of rumors on the web, and notes that Amazon recently told employees to prepare for the impending bargain barrage. Last year’s Prime Day event took place in October—so yes, it hasn’t been that long!
Customers in Canada and India will have to wait for their own Prime Day 2021: Amazon told sellers in early May that it would pause plans for Prime Day in those countries due to the potential of increased COVID-19 spread.
What kind of deals can we expect?
Prime Day brings thousands upon thousands of deals across nearly the entire Amazon site. A look at last year’s top deals reveals everything from video games to gadgets, TVs, kitchen appliances, DNA tests, vacuums, laptops, and quite a bit more. We’ll have the best Prime Day 2021 deals rounded up right here once the sale is live.
What about other retailers?
You might think that competing stores would take the days off, given Amazon’s considerable spotlight, but that’s rarely the case. We fully expect other retailers to try and steal a bit of Prime Day’s thunder by offering their own stellar bargains, and you can bet that we’ll be sharing them here at Kinja Deals. Stay tuned.
