Alleged iPhone 13 Front Glass Reveals Smaller Notch, Relocated Earpiece

A front glass panel for Apple’s next generation iPhone has purportedly been leaked by greek repair provider iRepair.

The company has shared an alleged photo of the front glass panels for 5.4-inch, 6.1-inch, and 6.7-inch iPhone 13 models. The panels feature a smaller notch and an earpiece that has been relocated into the top bezel.

Although we can’t confirm the authenticity of these panels, they do line up with a recent reports. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo recently predicted a smaller notch for this year’s new iPhone and leaker UniverseIce has said the iPhone 13 will have a shorter notch.

There are rumors that Apple plans to drop the notch entirely and move to a hole-punch design for the front display; however, that isn’t expected to happen until 2022.
