The Splach Transformer is an electric scooter that defies categories &$8212; but fits in almost any budget. Designed as an off-road-capable scooter, the Transformer has fat pneumatic tires, a front fork, and motocross-style rear monoshock suspension for smooth travel over any surface. Power comes from a 960w peak electric motor and 10.2Ah swappable battery in a trellis frame, giving the Transformer the ability to climb 28% grades and a top speed of 24 MPH. Range is estimated at 22-25 miles on a full charge. Accessories are also available to convert the Transformer from a stand-up to a sit-down riding position, along with interchangeable bodypanels.
