Outdoor outfitter Snow Peak is getting into the campsite business with its first Campfield in North America. Sited between the Pacific Ocean and Willapa Bay on Washington’s Long Beach Peninsula, the 25-acre property offers several accommodation options for nature lovers. Their Field Sites are DIY affairs where campers can bring their own tent or rent one on-site. Tent Suites are already set up and outfitted with Snow Peak-brand tents, fire pits, grills, and cookware. For a less rugged experience, Kengo Kuma-designed Jyubako Suites are micro-cabins with private bathrooms, full queen beds, and kitchenettes. All of the stays include access to the Campstore selling food, snacks, and, of course, Snow Peak gear, as well as the Ofuro Spa, which houses a hot pool, cold plunges, and a cedar sauna.
