Situated on 98,000 acres in northern Tanzania, the Singita Mara River Tented Camp puts guests in the center of Africa’s wildlife migration. The annual event is regarded as one of the “Seven Wonders of the Natural World” and sees more than a million wildebeest travel in a loop, which can be viewed from the camp. Between game-viewings, guests can retreat to one of six suites. Each one is a modern take on an authentic safari tent, offering luxury amenities and local furnishings. At the main lodge, there is a pool with fresco dining, a deli for snacks, and a restaurant serving traditional East African fare.
