Electric jetskis aren’t new, but Monaco-based startup Searider’s Searacer is. Sharing more with motorcycles than existing jetskis, the Searacer is an ultra-compact personal watercraft with dual electric motors and 50 minutes of run time between charges. The Searacer can hit nearly 50 MPH over the waves, a feat helped with the PWC’s minuscule weight of just 145 pounds. Compare that to the next-lightest jetski on the market, the Sea-Doo Spark, at 428 pounds. While the Searacer’s outright speed won’t break any records, the lightweight and slim hull design speaks to a flickable ride over the water. The Searacer is available for preorder now, with a release date of Summer 2024.
