Designed by Richard Neutra, the Jason Hailey House was originally completed in 1959 in the East Holywood Hills. Over the years, it has been lovingly preserved and stands as an outstanding example of mid-century design. It has two bedrooms and two baths spread over 1,129 square feet, which are filled with original details. Outdoors is just as impressive, with a front garden, fire pit, sunken hot tub, and even a small outdoor theater.
