Porsche Design is known for its minimalist creations, and it’s hard to imagine one with less unnecessary adornment than this cleaver. Designed for oriental kitchens, it has a blade crafted from rustproof Japanese Pure 301 stainless steel that’s seamlessly paired with the angular, ergonomic stainless steel handle. Manufactured by Chroma using an F.A. Porsche design, it also sports a metal “pearl” to mark the end of the handle, and the blade is hand-sharpened for maximum out-of-the-box performance.
