As Polestar makes the turn to exclusively manufacturing electric vehicles, VoyagerCo co-founder Jeroen Claus has come up with a concept that packages Polestar’s design language into a unique single-seat speedster. Dubbed the Polestar 1:1, Claus’ concept takes envisions taking advantage of advances in sustainable materials and safety along with the performance of electric power to create Polestar’s first dedicated sports car. High-tech features like a widescreen dash that’s integrated into a helmet-mounted HUD worn by the driver, and a power-to-weight ratio of one kilowatt to one kilogram make for an ultra-high performance car. The Polestar 1:1 will be entered into the company’s performance-themed Design Contest 2022.
