After seven years, Kelly Slater is letting go of his Hawaiian Compound. The 7,600 square-foot beachfront estate is built on a half acre on the North Shore. It consists of a main home and two large guest homes situated around an inner courtyard with an infinity-edged pool and hot tub. Together, the retreat offers six bedrooms and eight baths, spacious outdoor lanais, and terraces. The main house runs parallel to the shore and affords expansive views of the Pacific while offering access to 101 feet of beach.
