After a decade, singer John Fogerty is letting go of his Thousand Oaks Estate. The California compound is situated on 22 private acres in the Hidden Valley community and affords sweeping views from the city to the ocean. Recently renovated, the Napa-inspired farmhouse spans 18,600 and has been completely renovated to include nine bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, hardwood floors, stone fireplaces, and an expansive chef’s kitchen. In true rocker fashion, there are not one but two soundproof recording studios, along with a theater, bar room with temperature-controlled wine walls, and wellness center. Outside you’ll find a custom pool, spa, firepits, outdoor kitchen, and greenhouse. For additional accommodations, there’s also a detached guest house.
