Inside the 988-square-foot cottage, polished concrete floors, clean white walls, and floor-to-ceiling glazing add to the minimalist aesthetic, while a covered lanai and deck provide space for outdoor entertaining. A green roof helps cool the house and adds to the environmentally-friendly features, including a PV power supply, water catchment, and shared well.
