Qysea’s FiFish V6 underwater drone is getting a major upgrade with the V6 Expert, adding better hardware and new tools to the platform. Like the base V6, the V6 Expert has six thrusters for 360-degree movement and a max depth rating of 328 feet (100m). Forward speed is 4.9 feet per second, and a 4k/30 FPS camera with LED spotlights is standard. A tougher body and bigger 156 Wh lithium battery are good for up to five hours between charges, and an optional external power supply is available for unlimited diving. What really sets the Expert apart is a port for mounting a variety of tools, from claws to a sonar module, water sampler, and laser distance meter among others.
