Set over three evenings at the end of July (19, 20, 21), Dom Pérignon’s exclusive Exploration of Tactility experience pairs two new vintages from the esteemed Champagne producer, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 and Vintage 2006 Plénitude 2, with a specialized menu that reflects the clashing profiles of the two new wines by all-star Argentine chef Francis Mallmann. Guests will wine and dine throughout a private 21-acre estate in the Hamptons, experiencing Mallmann’s open-fire technique firsthand while they enjoy solo tastings of both Champagnes, which Dom Pérignon dubs “paradoxes,” before being served alongside each course. A true sensory experience, this event aims to treat guests to the upper echelons of both gastronomy and winemaking. Packages start at $4,000 a person, and round-trip transportation from Westhampton and Montauk is included.
