Comus Street House | Uncrate, #Comus #Street #House #Uncrate

During his career, Richard Neutra only designed two homes in Oregon. One of them is the Comus Street House, and it’s currently for sale. The mid-century gem was built in 1941 and is situated on a wooded hillside in Portland. Offering five bedrooms and four bathrooms, its 6,887-square-foot interior features many of the architect’s signatures, including wood built-ins, tongue-and-groove siding, and expansive use of glazing. Living spaces seamlessly transition to terraces overlooking the river and city. Among the exterior space is an outdoor suspended entertainment area with a dining table, grill, and fireplace.
