Bentley is joining the ranks of Aston Martin and Porsche with its first branded residential development. Located on Sunny Isle Beach in Miami, the project is a collaboration between the luxury car manufacturer and developer Dezer Development, with Sieger Suarez Architects overseeing the design. The 60-story tower will cater to car enthusiasts with a patented car elevator and in-unit multi-car garage, while its 200 high-end apartments promise ocean views, private balconies, pools, saunas, and outdoor showers. Standing at 749 feet tall, Bentley Residences is slated to be the tallest residential tower on any US beachfront when it opens in 2026.
