Traditional date complications use a small window in the dial to deliver information. Armin Strom has defied tradition with the Orbit. It sports a first-of-its-kind retrograde date function that is activated by a pusher on the left-hand side, instantly moving a dedicated hand to the correct date as shown on the fixed, black ceramic bezel. A second press of the pusher parks the hand at 12 o’clock until needed again. An openwork design allows for a view of the micro-rotor automatic movement in action, which sits inside a 43.4mm stainless steel case. Finished with an integrated steel bracelet, the First Edition is limited to just 25 examples.
