FirstBuild hopes to revolutionize barbequing with the Arden pellet smoker by taking grilling somewhere it’s never been before — indoors. FirstBuild developed the smoke elimination technology used in the Arden for its Smart Hearth Oven, and it requires no filters or maintenance — simply load the pellets, set time and temperature, and let it work. Despite its small footprint, the Arden can smoke up to three racks of ribs or a whole brisket, all in the comfort of the kitchen. The project has been fully funded on Indiegogo, with an expected ship date of Summer 2023.
