Apple Sports | Uncrate, #Apple #Sports #Uncrate
There are dozens of solid sports apps on the iPhone. The majority show scores while also bombarding the user with news, dubious opinion pieces, rumors, and infuriating auto-play highlights. Apple Sports is designed to do one thing, and one thing only: show the scores. Designed for “speed and simplicity”, it shows only the scores for the teams and leagues you’re interested in, presented in typically spartan Apple fashion. It of course also takes advantage of newer models’ Dynamic Islands and always-on displays to unobtrusively show real-time scoring updates, and launches with support for a host of popular leagues, with additional support coming later this year as 2024 seasons get underway.
