This is the Bronco fans have been waiting for since the return of Ford’s famous SUV — the Coyote V8-powered Bronco DR. The goal of the Bronco DR project tis to provide customers with a turn-key truck that’s ready to compete in events like the Baja 1000. The Bronco DR is powered by a 400-horsepower V8 and suspension by Multimatic. Motec provides the ECU and digital dash displays, while a full roll cage protects the two-seat cockpit. Bodywork is all fiberglass and designed to allow full use of the increased suspension travel and hostile racing environments. Ford plans to build 50 units of the Bronco DR, with production beginning in mid-2022.
