Lego Star Wars R2-D2 Building Set

It’s hardly the first R2-D2 Lego set, but set #75308 is by far the most detailed. New for 2021, it’s being launched to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Lucasfilm and is comprised of 2,314 pieces. Among the various details are a retractable middle leg, hidden tools (including Luke’s lightsaber hilt in the rotating head), and a periscope. It measures over a foot tall, arrives with an R2-D2 minifig, a special Lucasfilm 50th anniversary brick, and a buildable display stand with an information plaque, and will be available starting May 1st.
