Alfa Romeo TZ4 Concept | Uncrate

The Alfa Romeo TZ debuted in 1962 as a Zagato-bodied purpose-built race car. A further revision in 1964 led to a 47-year gap until the TZ3 was revived in 2011, with only 10 cars built. Inspired by Alfa Romeo’s history of racing and design, designer Samir Sadikhov has created his own take on the TZ with his TZ4 concept. Samir kept the traditional long hood/short deck lines of classic Italian GTs intact, with special attention paid to the flowing fenders and muscular rear quarters that made the original TZ exceptional. With no GT in its current lineup, someone at Alfa Romeo should pay attention.
