Designed by John Funk in the 1950s, the Kent Woodlands House has been updated for modern midcentury enthusiasts. The single-level, four-bedroom dwelling has been meticulously restored to maintain the architectural integrity of the original design — going as far as to dig up the original architectural and landscaping plans in library archives as a reference to match finishes and fixture for the added bath.
