Ringbrothers Tusk 1969 Dodge Charger Coupe

The Dodge Hellephant V8 crate engine sold its 100-unit production run in under two days when it was announced in 2019 — and one of them is in the latest build from Ringbrothers. Fittingly installed in a 1969 Dodge Charger named “Tusk”, the supercharged V8 makes 1,000 horsepower, cradled in a custom chassis from Roadster Shop. Shifting is performed manually with a Bowler TREMEC T-56 Magnum six-speed box, driving the rear wheels through a Strange Engineering Ford 9-inch differential. Inside the black-and-gold exterior is a matching interior with a carbon fiber steering wheel and matching pistol grip shifter — a callback to the Hurst pistol grips used in classic Mopar muscle cars. “Tusk” is currently on display at the 2023 SEMA show.
