Pininfarina is known for its car designs, not for its self-branded cars. That might change with the Pininfarina H2 Speed Concept. Using hydrogen fuel cell technology, this quasi-hypercar produces around 500 hp from two electric motors, with a direct transmission, carbon chassis, dual wishbone suspension, and carbon brakes helping performance along. The result is a vehicle with race car-like looks, streamlined in the company’s signature style, that can go from 0-62 mph in 3.4 seconds yet produces no emissions save for some air and water.
