Mitsubishi UK Heritage Auction | Uncrate

Mitsubishi is ending car sales in the United Kingdom in the fall of 2021. But before the company goes, Mitsubishi is auctioning off its collection of 14 models representing a historical cross-section of its past. The car that put Mitsubishi on the radar of Western audiences is arguably the Lancer Evolution, thanks to its success in the World Rally Championship and epic battles with Subaru. A 2001 Lancer Evolution VI Tommi Makinen Edition tops the list, signed by the legendary rally driver. A 1974 Lancer 1400 that was the first Mitsubishi registered in the UK is another notable car, along with a few other Lancer Evolutions, from full-on rally cars to the last production version. A 1953 Mitsubishi Jeep, produced under license, and 2017 L200 Desert Warrior round out their 4×4 offerings. The auctions run through April 21st.
