Imagine Land Rover built Defender prerunner for the grueling Baja 1000 offroad race and you’ll be close to the concept behind the Scarbo Vintage SV Rover. Calling it a hypertruck isn’t being hyperbolic — the mid-engined SV Rover comes with either a 1,100 horsepower V8 or a 1,006 horsepower electric drivetrain. Inboard pushrod suspension allows for 30 inches of wheel travel, with either rear or four-wheel-drive, a high and low-range transfer case, and electronic locking differentials.
