iOS 15.2 Beta 2 Lets You Check for Nearby Items That Can Track You

Apple has introduced a new feature in iOS 15.2 beta 2 that lets you check for nearby items that can track you.


Items That Can Track Me
When you think a nearby items is used to track your location, you can discover it.

Items can only be found if they are not in range of their owner’s device, up to 50 meters. In some situations it may take an additional 15 minutes.

You can search for unknown devices by tapping Items That Can Track Me at the bottom of the Items list in Find My.

iOS 15.2 beta 2 also lets users assign a “Legacy Contact” that can access data from your account after your death.
