Apple Watch Series 5 Casing Shown With Black Ceramic Finish [Photos]

Photos of a prototype Apple Watch Series 5 casing with a Black Ceramic finish have been shared on Twitter by leaker Mr·White.

Apple offered the Apple Watch Series 5 in a White Ceramic finish starting $1249. It was touted as highly scratch-resistant and beautiful. A Black Ceramic edition was never introduced and Apple discontinued the White Ceramic model with the launch of the Apple Watch Series 6.

Although we can’t verify the authenticity of these images, Apple does prototype various finishes and colors before making a final decision on what gets released.
