During the 1980s, there were two Ferrari choices for bedroom posters — the F40 and the Testarossa. The “redhead” became an icon of the decade with its side strakes and red-topped flat-12 derived from Ferrari’s F1 Championship cars of the ’70s. This 1991 Testarossa is the last of the original run produced starting in 1984, and one of the last to leave Maranello before the start of the similar 512 TR later in ’91. The car was delivered new to Paris before being acquired by its current owner in 1995. Over the last 27 years, the car has been maintained and documented exhaustively over the decades. In addition to the excellent upkeep, the car also includes Schedoni luggage set with covers, two original keys, and two tool kit bags. The car will go to auction in Munich November 2022.
