In 1988, Horacio Pagani was given an important task — refine Marcello Gandini’s legendary bodywork for a special 25th Anniversary edition of the Lamborghini Countach. The result was an instant icon, with straked air intakes and a massive rear wing. Now up for auction on Bring A Trailer, this 1989 one-of-658 25th Anniversary Countach is an excellent example. Presented in silver over a stunning red leather interior, the car looks to have showroom-fresh paint and interior, with a smoother European-spec front bumper installed in 1994 and the optional rear wing added in 2014. Other than the two aforementioned modifications, the car is all-original and includes documentation, tools, and only 6,500 miles since being delivered new to Rhode Island in January 1989.
