1975 Lamborghini Countach LP400 Periscopio

The original series production run of the immortal Lamborghini Countach is rapidly becoming one of the most sought-after cars on the market today. The example here is one of just 150 Periscopio models made in the first four years of production between 1974-1978 and is up for auction on Brint A Trailer. Originally exported to Japan, the car was converted to the LP400S Series II Countach style after being imported to the US in the early ’80s. The car was placed in storage by the current owner for over 20 years before a full-scale restoration was launched 2017. That work resulted in a new periscopio roof and fenders being fabricated, a reupholstered interior in tan leather, an overhaul of the 3.9-liter V12, and a coat of beautiful Tahiti Blue paint. Back to its original glory, the car is looking for its next owner.
