Before the Miura, Countach, LM002, and Urus, there was Lamborghini Trattori. Founded in 1948 by Ferruccio Lamborghini, the company made tractors following WWII, giving Lamborghini the base for his later car business. This 1964 Lamborghini 1R gives aspiring collectors a more accessible way to enter into classic Lamborghini ownership at a fraction of the cost of a vintage Countach or Miura. While it doesn’t have the breathtaking performance of those sports cars, it does have a feel all its own — a clutch that can easily spin the tractor around its rear axle, and a hypnotic diesel soundtrack. The fully-restored example comes in an attractive orange-and-blue paint scheme and runs as a Lamborghini should.
