With swooping lines and a punchy 1.6 L flat-four engine, the 1961 Porsche 356 B 1600 S Roadster by D’Ieteren is an enjoyable vintage warm weather drive. This particular example was built in May 1961, and saw plenty of use from its original San Franciscan owner before being shipped up the coast to Portland. It’s since undergone a five-year restoration to bring it to the excellent state it’s in today, complete with the original matching-numbers engine and color combo of slate grey with red leather interior. It’ll be auctioned off in its homeland of Germany next month.
