The Great Wall Motor Company’s Ora Funky Cat is a small car with quite the voluminous name. This spunky little EV hatchback is finally available in Europe, after being released initially in China. With decent range and performance, this spry little electric car feels pretty close to fully baked, although it’s not all the way there just yet.
