Just after leaving office in 2017, then-Vice President Joe Biden exchanged a series of emails with General Motors for a special car — the 2018 Cadillac ATS-V pictured here. At Biden’s request, the car is equipped with the only Kona brown leather interior ever fitted to the model, adding another touch of rarity in addition to its owner. Aside from its well-known previous owner, the ATS-V is an excellent sleeper, with power coming from a 464 horsepower, twin-turbo 3.6-liter V6. Bronze 18-inch wheels from a CT4-V Blackwing were fitted by the current owner, and the vehicle history shows a few minor dings over its 15,900 miles. The car is currently up for auction via Cars & Bids.
