Pentagon debuts its first ground-up residential project in Venice, California with the Radius House. Listed with Engel & Völkers Santa Monica, the minimal structure takes on a sculpted forme with a combination of sharp lines and soft curves clad in white plaster. Inside, the 3,614 square foot interior the geometric vibes continue throughout the spacious interior, anchored by a floating staircase sitting below an oculus walkable skylight on the rooftop deck. Concrete, Venetian plaster, and European white oak provide a contemporary palette, while floor-to-ceiling glass doors expand the living space to an outdoor courtyard. Inspired by a bento box, the terrace area offers a pool, sundeck, and fireplace, shielded by landscaping from Sarita Jaccard Design.
