Los Angeles Studio Woods + Dangaran recently completed The Woods House, and now the minimalist desert-dwelling is up for sale. Located in Palm Springs, the new construction sits in a field of boulders and mimics the landscape with a facade of plaster and textured concrete finished in a sand-colored gradient. Internally, a palette of natural tones and textures emphasize the surrounding environment, while floor-to-ceiling windows and a glass atrium blur the boundaries between the inside and nature. Living spaces spill out to a terrace with an outdoor dining area, pool, spa, and fireplace, completely immersed in the desert scenery.
