Italian designer Pierpaolo Lazzarini has redefined the term resto-mod with his Floating Motors. The boating concept is taking classic cars, like the Jaguar and the VW Bus, and modding them out for the high seas. Featuring a variety of iconic models, the unique watercrafts include both twin hull and foil options and can be powered by either standard or electric motors. Customers can also choose to personalize their vessels as they see fit, to be used for tenders, water taxis, or shuttles. The project is currently in its crowdfunding phase and looking for supporters, partners, and shareholders.
