ABT Sportsline was founded in 1896 by Johann Abt, a blacksmith shoeing horses. Now the company is a highly successful tuning and racing team, specializing in Audi and other Volkswagen Group cars. ABT has released their magnum opus In honor of their founder, The Audi RS6 Johann Abt Signature Edition, an 800 horsepower, all-wheel-drive wagon that hits 62 MPH in 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 205 MPH. Aiding the additional 200 horsepower is a bespoke carbon fiber aero kit finished in ABT’s Signature Carbon Red and forged 22-inch wheels. Every car will carry a piece of the original anvil from Johann’s blacksmith shop as a tribute.
