Audi’s electric vehicle makeover is gaining steam with the Audi e-Tron GT, a four-door sedan set to be released in Summer 2021. Developed alongside the Porsche Taycan, the two cars share the majority of their platform and propulsion technology, including the unique two-speed transmission. The e-Tron GT uses dual motors to produce between 522 and 637 horsepower, with nearly any power split between front and rear possible with Quattro all-wheel-drive and optional all-wheel-steering. The e-Tron GT further differentiates itself from the Taycan with Audi’s chiseled design language and more complex front end styling. Models will include a top-level RS, with more power and performance features.
